Billing & Payments

How we bill

Each uplift is invoiced after the fuel is delivered. The invoice shows the airport, date, tail number, gallons delivered, the per-gallon price from your quote, and any fees agreed for that uplift.

Payment methods

We accept payment by bank wire, ACH and major credit cards. All prices and invoices are in US dollars.

Payment terms

Payment terms are agreed when your account is set up and are shown on every invoice. New accounts may be asked for payment or a deposit before the first uplift.

Card payments

Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers on our own systems.

Questions about an invoice

Email account@i-sal.com with the invoice number. We'll check it against the signed fuel ticket and the quote and get back to you.
