InterStevans Aviation LLC collects only the information it needs to quote, supply and invoice fuel.
What we collect
When you send a request or place an order: your name, company, email address, phone number, and trip details such as tail number, aircraft type, airports, dates and fuel quantities. When you pay: payment details, which go straight to our payment processor or bank.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, arrange fuel with suppliers and FBOs, send invoices, take payment, keep business and tax records, and answer your questions.
Who we share it with
Fuel suppliers and FBOs, but only the trip details they need to fuel the aircraft. Our payment processor and bank, to process payments. Professional advisers such as our accountants. Authorities, when the law requires it. We don't sell your information.
Card data
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active, and after that for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing account@i-sal.com. Some records have to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
