Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every fuel order placed with InterStevans Aviation LLC ("InterStevans", "we", "us"). Any written account agreement between you and InterStevans takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

  1. 1What we sell. We supply aviation fuel to aircraft operators. We buy fuel from contract fuel suppliers in our own name and sell it to you.
  2. 2Quotes. A quote is valid for the airport, date and aircraft it names, and only until the time stated on it. Fuel prices move, so an expired quote may be reissued at a different price.
  3. 3Orders. An order is placed when you approve a quote in writing. We then arrange the fuel release with the FBO.
  4. 4Delivery. Fuel is delivered into the aircraft by the FBO or into-plane agent at the airport. The signed fuel ticket is the record of the quantity delivered.
  5. 5Price and invoicing. You pay the quoted per-gallon price for the gallons shown on the signed fuel ticket, plus any fees listed on the quote. Taxes and airport charges are passed on as charged.
  6. 6Payment. Payment is due on the terms agreed for your account and shown on the invoice. All amounts are in US dollars.
  7. 7Cancellations, refunds and disputes. These are covered in our Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes policy.
  8. 8Aircraft operation. The operator and crew remain responsible for the aircraft, fuel planning and the decision to fuel.
