Fuel supply, handled from quote to invoice
InterStevans Aviation buys jet fuel from established contract fuel suppliers and resells it to aircraft operators. We place the order in our name, arrange the release with the FBO, and invoice you for each uplift. You deal with one company for every stop instead of a different supplier and a different set of fees at each airport.
How an order runs
You send the trip
Email or use the request form. We need the tail number, aircraft type, airports, estimated arrival times and approximate uplift for each stop. Send it as early as you can. More notice usually means better pricing.
We quote each stop in writing
For every airport you get a per-gallon price in writing. We use FuelerLinx for fuel planning and price comparison when we build the quote. Nothing is ordered until you approve the quote.
We arrange the release
Once you approve, we place the order with our supplier and the fuel release goes to the FBO ahead of arrival. Your crew gives the FBO the tail number and fuels as normal.
The crew signs the fuel ticket
The into-plane agent records the gallons delivered and the captain signs the fuel ticket, which is the record of the uplift.
You get one invoice
Each uplift is invoiced after fueling. The invoice shows the airport, date, tail number, gallons and price, so your accounts team can check it line by line.
What you receive
Every order produces two documents: a price confirmation before fueling, and an invoice after the fuel is delivered.
Sample documents. Figures are illustrative and are not a price offer.
What comes with every uplift
- A written quote before anything is ordered
- A fuel release at the FBO before the aircraft arrives
- An invoice for each uplift showing airport, date, tail number and gallons
- A fuel ticket signed by your crew at the FBO
- One contact for pricing, changes and billing questions
Coverage
We supply fuel at airports in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Coverage depends on our supplier network at each airport, so send us your airports and we'll confirm availability and pricing before the trip.
Changes and cancellations
Trips change. Tell us as soon as an arrival time, airport or uplift changes and we'll update the order with the supplier. If a trip is cancelled before the release is issued, there's no charge. Details are in our Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes policy.

Each price confirmation shows a time it is valid until. Fuel prices move, so an expired price may be reissued at a different rate.
If you cancel before the fuel release is issued to the FBO, there's no charge. If the release has been issued, we pass on any cancellation or call-out fee the supplier or FBO charges us, at cost.
